I was drawn to massage therapy after experiencing the benefits of manual therapy first hand while recovering from various injuries.

After graduating from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, I am now looking forward to helping others. I believe that Massage Therapy allows a focused and hands-on relationship between patient and therapist and the ability to encourage a holistic approach to rehabilitation. As an RMT, my treatments include a variety of techniques such as Swedish-relaxation massage, myofascial & neuromuscular techniques, stretching and active rehabilitation.

Whether your goals are to return to activity following an injury, maintain strength and flexibility, improve posture or simply to take some time to relax- I look forward to finding the approach that works best for you. Together we will work towards achieving your health goals.

When I am not treating patients, you can usually find me in the outdoors: hiking, snowboarding, camping or floating in a nearby lake. However, I aim to keep a balanced lifestyle so I may also be binging a new Netflix show or reading a good book
